How To Find Those Must Buy Today Buyers

Trying to sell high heeled stilletos to grandmothers isn't going to boost your bank acount greatly.

You need to find people who are addicted to your product that you are selling. Niche marketing is where most of your sales will come from unless you come across the next big thing.

What makes a red hot niche?

You could find a niche that nobody else has discovered or one where there are heaps of people buying and you can grab a share of the pie. The latter is the easier one to operate in.

The first step in finding a good niche is to find good keywords. Keywords are the words or phrases people use in the search terms on Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.

There's plenty of free tools like http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion to help you with this. Popular high ranking keywords will however be expensive if you use them in your marketing and will attract a heap of competition.

A more economical approach is to use long tail keywords. Phrases containing 2, 3 or 4 words. For example you wouldn't target diet. Way too much competition. But you could look at weight loss for seniors which may give you a real chance to make profit.

A free tool to help you is NicheBOT Classic http://www.nichebotclassic.com

Here it's important to look at the count numbers. Ideally you should look for keywords that have a page count of 5000 or less in Google when you search for a specific phrase. To be more specific put your phrase in " ".

So get to building your list. If you are looking for ideas on what is hot, then check out http://lycos50.com and http://www.google.com/press/zeitgeist.html Both these sites will let you in on what's hot and they even expose the lastest trends in a miriad of markets.

There's a niche just waiting for you!

The toughest question that I get from people who arenew to Internet Marketing is always…

"What Should I Sell Online?"

Here's how it usually starts…

Somewhere along the line they get seduced by the lureof "easy money" that can be made online - either byseeing some late-night TV infomercial, or some ad thatsays "you could have your very own Internet Business upand running and making big money in less than 48hours…blah…blah…yada…yada…"

(Heck - I'll admit - I think I bought into an ad thatsaid something like that…so don't feel bad...;-)
So, they buy some course that teaches them tactics andtechniques for driving traffic to a website, writingsales copy, using autoresponders, etc. etc…
Which is all fine and good, but…there's something missing from these courses...
Something huge.

In fact, it's the most important question that allonline businesses must answer…before any of the'tactics' are put into place...

"What Should I Sell Online?"

* * * * * * * * * * * * *The #1 Reason Why 80% Of Internet Marketers Fail* * * * * * * * * * * * *

Most online marketers fail because they use the"ready…fire…aim" approach to selling products.
They get seduced into the idea of having money-makingwebsites all over the web that run on auto-pilot sothey 'make money while they sip an umbrella drink onthe beach'.
They 'go with their gut' about what product to sell andwhat the market really wants, they hire a ghostwriterto write an ebook, pop some copy up on a one-pagewebsite, run a few Adword campaigns…
…and wait for the money to start pouring into theirbank account…
…and they wait……and they wait…

And when sales are non-existent (or barely enough tocover the cost of their Adwords campaign), they startto worry...and then the "blame-game" begins:
1. They blame the copy
2. They blame the "guru" whose course they bought
3. They blame the cat…the dog… their childhoodupbringing…whatever

But the truth is - none of these are to blame.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make Is… WhatIs the Best Hidden Profitable Niche For Me?* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

The problem is…they are trying to sell a product that nobody wants…and there's nothing that can 'fix' thatproblem. Changing the copy won't help. Neither will more traffic. But by then it's too late.

Of course, what they should have done was answer thequestion correctly from the beginning, which is "WhatShould I Sell Online".

But there's no easy way to answer the question, becausethe answer is different for everyone.

Why?

To become Fabulously Wealthy in any Niche Business, theNiche you decide to pursue must fit these 4 Criteria:

1. It Must Be a Subject Matter That You Love
2. People Must Be Willing (and able) to Pay For WhatYou're Selling
3. There Must Be Enough of a Market To Bring You aPredictable Flow of New Customers
4. But…the market cannot be so large that you end upcompeting with very well-funded, well-marketedcompetitors.

In other words, you need to find an untapped profitableniche that deals in a subject matter where you have asincere, passionate desire to help people…

If you're thinking, "that sounds difficult". You're right.

It used to be difficult. Using the "old" way of findingniches (doing keyword searches on the same old siteseveryone else is using), it was difficult.
…and the results were unreliable at best.

Until now…

I recently read a copy of Dan Lok's New Ebook "TheNiche Formula", and I was absolutely blown away by histhorough, scientific method for spotting hidden, profitable niches…using unorthodox methods that youwon't find detailed anywhere else.

For those of you who don't know him - Dan Lok is no slouch when it comes to finding and 'conquering' hidden niche markets. He's made over $5 Million in his relatively short Internet Marketing Career - and a lotof that money has NOT been made through teaching people"how to make money on the internet".

On the contrary, he's developed his own proprietary method to uncover nice little "hidden" niche markets where he has a personal interest. Using a very exact formula, he has a way of finding, evaluating and analyzing a niche before he ever commits a single dollar to pursuing it.
At the urging of one of his private coaching clientswho used Dan's 'Niche Formula' with stellar results, he finally put this proprietary 'hidden profitable nichediscovery system' down on paper.

Sure, there's tons of Ebooks out there that teachso-called "Niche Research" techniques - that turn out to be nothing more than 'how to' guides for using thepopular keyword research sites that everyone else isusing.

Perhaps you've wasted your money on one of these Ebooks- I know I have. So that's why I was skeptical when Ifirst saw "The Niche Formula". I thought, "how different could it be?".

The major difference is this…Dan reveals tricks andsecrets in here from the deepest "nooks and crannies"of the web that most people don't even know exist.

In fact, some of these "tricks" are so sneaky and"stealth-like" that they left me shaking my head, thinking "I can't even believe some of this stuff is legal"…

But if you want to make millions mining "gold" from hidden, profitable niches like Dan Lok and his clients do every day, these are the exact "grown up" techniquesthat they use.

If you want to know with 100% certainty that you are selling the right product to the right market at theright time, this is your guide. There is no better tool that I've seen for beginner (or advanced) InternetMarketers uncover the untapped, hidden niches that are waiting to be discovered.

Pick up your copy today. The Niche Formula .You'll be glad you did.

Sincerely,

Greg Reed
